CENTRAL & EASTERN EUROPEAN ORGANIC FORUM
IFOAM EU and Bio Romania are organizing the first “Eastern Europe Organic Forum” under the auspices of Viorica Dăncilă, MEP and Vice Chair of the Agriculture Committee of the European Parliament. The forum will take place during the INDAGRA fair(link is external), in the Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences(link is external).
On 29 October there will be public sessions and an invitation-only roundtable. The aim of these sessions is to create a platform for continuous dialogue about policy and market-related issues in Central and Eastern Europe between key players of the organic movement. On the second day of the conference there will be a workshop on strategy development for organic in Central and Eastern Europe. The goal of this workshop is to create concrete strategies to help the organic sector in Central and Eastern Europe move forward. To participate, please register.
