IFOAM Organics Europe Meets Business 2020
Bringing the organic industry together!
IFOAM Organics Europe continues its series of ‘IFOAM Organics Europe meets business’ events with this third edition, in a time during which recent EU initiatives can create new opportunities for businesses.
This successful platform for exchange between players from the whole (organic) supply chain – including processors, traders, retailers, and certifiers – brings together IFOAM Organics Europe’s members and their members, as well as companies involved in or interested in organic (e.g. retailers that have an organic range, or processors that are contemplating as to whether to start working with organic products).
The focus on policy-related issues is again at the center of this edition of IFOAM Organics Europe meets business, as the following topics will be addressed: the new organic regulation, the state of play of the organic market, the impact of Brexit and Covid-19 on the organic sector, as well as how organic is part of the solution to achieve more sustainable food systems, especially in the context of the Farm to Fork Strategy (topics are subject to change).
Save the date: 8-9 December 2020 to be sure to attend the third edition of IFOAM Organics Europe meets business!
Due to Covid-19, the event will take place online in two morning sessions on 8-9 December respectively.
